The shooting club is located in the Al-Dimas area of ​​rural Damascus, approximately 20 kilometers from the city center and about 300 meters from the Syrian-German Telecommunications Company.

The Dimas Hotel consists of four floors designed to provide a complete accommodation experience for guests and visitors.

It includes three floors of hotel rooms and suites, while the top floor is dedicated to being a restaurant with a distinctive view.

Room and Suite Capacity Overview

The hotel has 39 rooms and 12 suites, making it suitable for individuals, families, and delegations.

The floor also contains a women's hair salon, a men's hair salon, and a modern gym.

Project objectives

All Seasons Holding aims to invest in and redevelop the hotel according to a modern vision that elevates service and quality standards.

The plan includes a complete renovation of the hotel and its transformation into a four-star establishment, at the investor’s expense and in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications.

Investing in unused spaces

The development plan includes utilizing the undeveloped spaces on both the right and left sides of the facility.

On the right-hand rear side, a partnership will be established with a company specializing in children’s amusement parks, based on a land-for-investment model.

On the left-hand front, overlooking the sea, a water park will be constructed specifically for children and families, also based on a similar investment model.

On the right-hand seaside side, the space will be developed for small yacht and jet ski rentals, as well as the creation of private swimming pools suitable for families.

All Seasons has taken over full management of the facility with the goal of transforming it into a profitable establishment through meticulous management and strategic planning.

Although the facility has incurred losses over the past four months, it has been profitable in previous years. The company believes it can be revitalized and achieve strong annual returns by developing events and improving operational management.
