يقع نادي الرماية في منطقة الديماس بريف دمشق، على بعد حوالي 20 كيلومتراً من مركز المدينة وحوالي 300 متر من شركة الاتصالات السورية الألمانية.

يمتد المشروع على مساحة 42 دونمًا، مما يوفر إمكانات كبيرة لتطوير السياحة والترفيه والاستثمار.

يتكون فندق ديماس من أربعة طوابق مصممة لتوفير تجربة إقامة متكاملة للضيوف والزوار.
طوابق الضيوف وتجربة تناول الطعام على السطح
يضم الفندق ثلاثة طوابق من غرف وأجنحة الفندق، بينما الطابق العلوي مخصص ليكون مطعماً بإطلالة مميزة.

يضم الفندق 39 غرفة و12 جناحاً، مما يجعله مناسباً للأفراد والعائلات والوفود.

تسعى شركة All Seasons Holding إلى استثمار الفندق وإعادة تطويره وفق رؤية حديثة ترفع مستوى الخدمة والجودة.
وتشمل الخطة إعادة صيانة الفندق بالكامل وتحويله إلى فندق بمستوى أربع نجوم، وذلك على نفقة المستثمر ووفق التصور المتفق عليه.

Investing in unused spaces
The development plan includes utilizing the undeveloped spaces on both the right and left sides of the facility.
On the right-hand rear side, a partnership will be established with a company specializing in children’s amusement parks, based on a land-for-investment model.
On the left-hand front, overlooking the sea, a water park will be constructed specifically for children and families, also based on a similar investment model.
On the right-hand seaside side, the space will be developed for small yacht and jet ski rentals, as well as the creation of private swimming pools suitable for families.
All Seasons has taken over full management of the facility with the goal of transforming it into a profitable establishment through meticulous management and strategic planning.
Although the facility has incurred losses over the past four months, it has been profitable in previous years. The company believes it can be revitalized and achieve strong annual returns by developing events and improving operational management.
